So, last year's Vegas event was interrupted by loose manhole covers (highly dangerous for everyone) and now in Friday's running it has happened again. An F1 car can lift a 100kg metal cover with alarming ease and project it at either another driver - or folk trackside. What on earth are the management of the F1 Vegas event thinking?

They aren’t thinking! They just want the event! And I was supposed to be in Vegas this weekend and decided not to go! Hate I will be missing this opportunity!

Why wouldn’t you gao to the event in Vegas, the safety issues? I would think the event would be fun, if it were not for the safety concerns!

I'm an old fashioned F1 girl, Spa, Monza and many years ago - Brands Hatch. F1 has turned into a circus of late - $$$$ - and Vegas is part of the razz.
