i used to look for the specifically from the beginning of 2003 and came up short!!
i think that is something that their needs to be way more of (good english hey)

One of my pet peeves is when a store sends you a coupon, that has to be used on a specific couple of days, and cannot be used on sale merchandise. Then they mark EVERYTHING on sale for those specific days. Leaving the coupon useless, and me feeling unfulfilled. Waaah...

In all honesty? i would say....myself...i'm very self critical and i don't give myself enough praise, that little devil on my shoulder that tells me i can't do anything i wish he would just feck off! >.<

As for pet peeves in general though i would say noisy neighbours, not everyone wants to hear arguments at midnight and the small hours.
