Today, after coming back home from the hairdresser,
I looked around and noticed this basket filled with quinces
- that I've picked yesterday from the quince tree in my garden.
Why not try a quince lifting?
Here I go.

Yes! It's a pear-shaped fruit, just bigger and harder.

Hi Serena,
You're not the first from the States who never heard of quince.
They say it's a a hard, acid pear-shaped fruit used in preserves or as flavouring.
One thing that I make from it is "quince jelly" or another option, way easier, is
to just slice the quince and put it in the oven. Goes as a side dish.
Here's the quince fruit at a closer exposure.
