IMPORTANT NOTE: I will be checking IP's for each entry. Rules clearly state multiple registrations are NOT allowed. To keep things fair, I will allow one additional registration under a charm's IP for her S/O. This IP information can be checked by ANY charm not just me.
Additional Rule Change: Instead of every other month, 90 days must pass before a charm is eligible to win again.
