thank you all for the amazing and wonderful emails regarding my weight. Over the past 25 years on the net, I have been everything from a size 6-22.
So, which Alaya did/do you like better? slimmer or fuller?

Due to knee issues and getting older, I need to keep the weight off which is always a struggle but I am maintaining.

I like you both ways, but probably would vote for the slimmer version since it means you're in better health. Your cleavage still looks amazing!

The change in you is incredible. My husband mentioned it to me the other day. If you had joint problems, losing weight is essential. You look beautiful.

thank you all for the love so very much. Yes joints were hurting and heart was not behaving so had to lose the weight.

Lost a bit too much, so now the doctor wants me at 145, I am like, make up your mind!!!

My lowest was 130 and I did not feel structurally sound and good. So happy to put alittle bit on!!
