I think the best advice I could give you is to forget about the money and do what you enjoy! I am a terrible show-off and will get naked at the drop of a hat so it is no hardship for me to strip off in front of the camera; the cheque that pops through the door is a bonus.

What I find helps to sell individual sets, if not actual memberships, is to ask anybody who emails or chats when you are on cam what they want to see. My theory is that if one person wants to see you in a string vest and wellington boots then others might as well and then you will end up selling a couple of sets!

Leading on from that don't be afraid to take suggestions. I have done sets in costume, drag, covered in foam, in a business suit but with my bits hanging out, in a bath full of balloons, and other things I would never have dreamt of. Basically, I have never refused a feasible request.

Also, play to your strengths. I am an average, older guy with a belly and a lot of body hair so it is absolutely no point in me going after the oiled, hairless, muscle man fans!
