Problem running zip files

Since Wed. Oct. 25, when you press the link to generate a zip file, a message indicating that the server is down is generated. However, the individual pictures can still be displayed by pressing the link to the individual photo on the update page. Obviously the server must be up. Then why can one not generate the corresponding zip file?

Trying using a different browser.

All the browsers have been doing major upgrades over the past year. You might have to use one browser for Southern Charms, a different one for another site and so forth.

I use Chrome for Southern Charms.

I tried to download a few sets and had a problem, but I tried it the next day and it
worked. I tried using edge and IE. I was on the members side of my site when I downloaded.
