He has been banned.
I received his spam pm, and so did others that contacted me. Some also reported the spam pms.
I deactivated his account this morning along with emptying his pm outbox. So hopefully no more of his spam pms will be sent out.
If you do get his pm, do not click the link and please just delete it from your pm box.
