Has anyone seen the Westworld from 1973?

Re: Westworld
Yes, it popped up in my Amazon Prime list a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't seen it for a long time so I watched it again. I guess the thing that struck me is how little happens in the first hour and then for the last 30 minutes it cranks into high gear. Good film but the pacing is a bit flabby at the beginning. A lot of great dystopian movies during that era and this one deserves a mention along with them.

Re: Westworld
That's how we watched it too.
We watched the HBO series when it came out and didn't realize that there was a 1973 movie. One of the main actors in the 1973 movie is the dad to the eldest brother in the Goonies and they look remarkably alike. I always like watching Yul Brynner...

Seen it and it is pretty good for its time. Very good story and it alludes to the other zones in the parks. Thought it was pretty good.

I hope they make moves about the other zones.
