My friend went to see her Gynecologist as she was having "female troubles". The doctor had her get up on the table and asked what seems to be the problem? My friend said "Doctor, something is wrong, I keeping waking up and finding postage stamps from Costa Rica coming out of my vagina when I pee".
The doctor took a look, and chuckled a bit. He told my friend, "no worries my dear, those aren't postage stamps, they're the stickers off the bananas"
