Yes, the contract all charms have with SC is that it has to be exclusive.
If you find content like you describe above, send the information to SC. The owner doesn't tolerate that stuff and will put a stop to it. With so many models it's hard for admin to know when duplicate or older content is being posted. Additionally, selling the same content that is licensed exclusively to SC hurts the site and ALL of the models on it.
Do you still have the email addresses from when your wife was a charm?

Oh I dont want to snitch. I am just curious as to if it was ok now. I will pm you my ex info. She was my girlfriend for a while. She met a gent and left me for him. Then they both quit. She is now on twitter again advertising onlyfans. Then I saw some charms on onlyfans using the same photos. So I was just curious.
