yeah but our leaders tell us its the wrong sort of rain 
saying that my village in Norfolk was built by the Saxons and has never flooded, we had a flash flood down the main road yesterday and the stream in the valley thats normally a foot deep turned into a 30 foot wide river with someones recycling bins floating down it, it looked like that bit off the Hobbit with the Dwarves in barrels.
