Somebody has been doing some prodigious cleaning up the last couple of days. There is one malingerer at the moment in Off Topic:

Some new ones today ... I think Serena said those with charm status can delete threads of users that have deleted their account (you can tell this by hovering your mouse over their name below the thread title - if it is not hyperlinked then it is deleted). Something to add to your already impressive array of superpowers

Thanks sweetie, I've been going in twice a day and deactivating the "inactive" ones before they post.
Just made additional changes disallowing change of username capabilities. I believe that's how they are disappearing before I can get them deactivated.
