A couple of quick questions:
1: Does the photo have to be from your Charms free section or can I take a random photo just for the competition.
2: Just checked out last month's winners, what was the reason one of them was not eligable to claim their prize ?
Both photos seemed good.

The photo can be from any of your photos. It just has to conform to the SC free side rule guidelines.
BOTH ladies won $100 each last month.
The only rule is that the same charm can't get the prize consecutively. If one of last month's winners, wins this month, the prize will be awarded to the second place winner. This is to keep things fair and make sure everyone feels excitement in participation.
