hey lovers,

are you enjoying the slimmer and toner Alaya??? I am so blessed to be working
with great drs and friends to help me eat better and feel better. My knee is no
longer bothering me as I was worried i would have to have it replaced. Weight can
play a big role in your overall health.

I did not realize i was overweight until I started feeling so horrible!
