losing weight and feeling great!

since I hit the big 50, the doctor has been on me to lose weight and for good reason!

i am down 16 pounds with another 20 to go! I am feeling great and my aches and pains
are just vanishing. Trust me when I say it is not easy but when you have a health scare
like I jut did, i was like fuck, I am not ready to die! So the weight is coming off!

I do hope that you will enjoy your slimmer filthy girl and if you are struggling with

I working on it too. Started the year at 190 and now down to 168. Feeling better but still have a long way to go. Yoga has been a big help. Wanting to be heather too I'm almost 50 . You are doing great!!
