starting a PODcast and where?

This has always been a big dream of mine to start a motivational POD cast
for women as I am a life coach and cheerleader for so many in my local
area but I truly have no idea where to start?

I would love to do a naughty one with Alaya as well.

Anyone have ideas or know of someone who is doing them?

I do several... Get Audacity, a good mic, and a mixer... Audacity if freeware/open source multitrack editor/recorder.. as of hosts, there should be plenty of places to host it at.. also make sure to get on Apple Podcasts for people to find you.. Stichter is no longer doing podcast propagation...
