Resolution
Hope everyone had a wonderful New Year Eve:) what is your resolution? Mine is to try to quit smoking, but l failed that , next is to eat healthier:)

Having smoked for over 40 years, I can tell you that quitting IS hard, but definitely possible. It's hardest the first few days, and then it is hard for two weeks, and difficult for two months, but then?? It's amazing to NOT SMOKE! And the good definitely outweighs the enjoyment smoking gives you.
