Oh gosh it probably depends on the genre of what you like but here's a few I can think of:

If you have amazon prime - Reacher & Fallout
Netflix - White Collar, Bridgerton, Emily in Paris, Dead to me, Firefly lane, Sweet Magnolia, Virgin River
True Detective is a good series (max)
Expedition Unknown (discovery/max)
Yellowstone

At this moment in time I am binge watching law and order special victims unit and now on series 17 but still a few to go and I love all the American action shows. Sara x
