Deadline for posting photos is December 14
If there are no entries, then the $50 prize money will be awarded to the 2nd place winner of the Crown Jewel Contest.
If only one entry is made for the Shining Star contest, that charm will be moved to the Crown Jewel Contest and eligible for both prizes there.
