IMPORTANT NOTE: I will be checking IP's for each entry. Rules clearly state multiple registrations are NOT allowed. To keep things fair, I will allow one additional registration under a charm's IP for her S/O. This IP information can be checked by ANY charm not just me.

From the Rules:

For Shining Star Contest:
Contest MUST have at least TWO contestants in order for voting poll to be created. If less than two contestants: meaning only 1 has entered, then that charm will be able to have her entry moved by me if needed, into the Crown Jewel Contest and be eligible to compete for that month only, for the $100 Crown Jewel Prize. If the "Shining Star" contestant does in fact WIN the Crown Jewel Contest, then she is eligible to compete in the Crown Jewel contest for all future entries and then becomes ineligible for the shining star contest. Additionally, IF the shining star contest fails to have two or more entries, then the Crown Jewel Contest will afford TWO winners. The most votes received = $100 The second highest votes received = $50
