Looking to buy land

hey lovers and friends,

I am looking to buy land in the northern states line TN, KY, NC or GA.

Ideally I would love 25 plus acres to have a family compund, where woulr you
recommend? Anything close to you reasonable and I want those seasons

Eastern TN is so beautiful! Loved it when going to Gatlinburg a couple Christmas's ago!

Love love TN and that is tops on our list. Thank you for the help with different areas.

I will keep you posted on where we end up. It will be over the next few years as the housing has tanked here
so I am going to wait until homes are hot again in Florida. But want the land now while prices are reasonable.
