I quit smoking

It's been 25 days now since l quit smoking cigarettes. I plan to quit smoking forever now. To reduce risk of another stroke.

Of course, you have to quit smoking. That's my biggest challenge. I can't seem to quit, and I really need to. I'm sending you lots of encouragement, but if you've already gone so many days without smoking, you can do it.

i quit smoking 35 years ago ... no problem at all, just do it

20+ years for me. My brother had cancer, and visiting him every day in the cancer ward made it very hard not to think of all those people dying from lung cancer when I had a smoke. I also wanted to quit before I had my first child. Unfortunately, I don't have any good advice. For me, it was motivation and getting back on the horse every time I fell off. Kind of like that Tubthumping song, I get knocked down, but I get up again. You're never gonna keep me down...
