Looking for help IDing a Charm

Greetings. I have a couple photos of a particular Charm that I've been trying to identify for quite some time without success :-(, and was hoping perhaps someone here might be able to help me. Here are the photos in question, reduced in size:

That looks like "Hot Babe Here" - a major smoking fetish gal. She had an amazing smile, an amazing rack... and an amazing collection of cigars.
