Live chat problems

For the last few months whenever I try going on the SC live chat site it tells me that my security settings have blocked it as an unknown site. I have not changed an of my settings and I am not sure how I can unblock. I always liked that site and would like to chat from time to time.

I have the same issue, I have even uninstalled AVAST to noavail

Not sure what chat you are talking about, but I had the problem with SC chat room.
I loaded the new version of Java. Then logged in and got the warning that this type file could
be dangerous to my computer. A box opened and said run or cancel, I clicked run and its been
working fine. When I relogged in the box popped up again and I clicked box do not show me
this again. I do not get the warning box and Now I just log in like always.

Not a problem with JAVA; I got that all to load and work properly. It is the site that we always chatted on Alexus...it is the one on the main site that when you click "chat with the charms" it takes you to. It does utilize JAVA and I have had the problem before but it is not telling me there is a JAVA issue (as it usually did). It is giving that notice that my security settings are not allowing it, and then when I click 'ok' it comes up with a red 'error' note. I have not changed my security and I also even went in and looked at what I can find of them and nothing is showing they should be changed. I even have tried a few different browsers (IE and Chrome).

Hi, I had a problem and I uninstalled Java and then reloaded it with the current version.
After I did that I rebooted and then went to chat room. When I went to log in a box popped up
and said warning programs like this can be harmful. I knew it was fine so I said ok and run. It worked after that.
I did have to uninstall past versions of java. then load new version. I tried the upgrade and it did not work.
I use IE, but also have fire fox. It works now on both of those.

Yup, I went through all the JAVA issues and had those issues and that was all resolve. Tried that with this and installed the new JAVA and still no go.

Maybe try Fire Fox and see if that will let you log in.

Maybe all the new windows protections are blocking it.
