Cannot access Southern Charms 4 sites

For some reason, I am unable to view any of the SC4 sites. Whenever I try to view them, I get this:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /___ on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am on Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers and can access SC 1, 2, and 3 just fine. Can anyone help with this issue, please?
