If you are a fan or member I want to apologize. I worked so hard for months and decided to take a little break with the site. I planned to get back to work last week which turned into the weekend. Then this past Saturday I had a heart attack ---- like no shit frightening! I just turned 44yo!! I had one stent placed and I am home now but I can't fuck around with this shit. I need to rest a little while. I will be back as soon as I can! So very sorry!!

Please take care of yourself girl....There is only one you... I had two stents in 2014, thought I learned a lesson...Then tore the aorta, the part that leads to the brain.....Take some rest, change your lifestyle a bit, eat healthy...put yourself first....and most of all have a good team of docs...be well.....be healthy....be you....
