i bought a vanilla gift card visa card today. i tried using it twice for this site. everytime i use it it says payment declined. any advice on what to do thanks.

Try using it as a "debit" card not credit. See if that helps.

Hey Sweetie,
I see what you mean. I just checked my "join" page. There's no option for debit.
Have you tried leaving off the zipcode?
If nothing is working, let me know and I'll ask the owner for his suggestion on how to use prepaid visas.

hi serena, i talked to customer service about my card, the way she talked it could be used as credit or debit. and she said i could bypass the pin. i did however had to register my zip code. if i have any problems ill let you know. thanks for your help.

Hi Sweetie,
Hopefully it'll work now. I know sometimes the zipcode causes problems. If it doesn't match the "billing" one, then it won't go through. And for prepaid cards, the billing zipcode isn't yours, unless you register it like you stated you just did.
