down a total of 40 pounds now!!!

omg what started out as a healthscare really turned into a blessing especially at my age.

when the doctor told me I had a leaky heart valve due to my weight it was time to get
serious and to get the weight off. now down 40 pounds, and the leak has almost cleared
up, i am so thrilled that this was something i could fix on my own without surgery.

I have another 20 to go and then maintance. for all of us mature charms dealing with
health issues, you are in my prayers as i know i shed so many tears since December!

Time to get real, healthly and choose to live better!
